That looks almost like what we see on dogs called Dimmadex mange it’s a might I’ve never seen it on a donkey but I don’t see why it couldn’t be it’s a lot of medicated baths i’ve seen stuff like that on horses and it’s called rain rot and kinds of work but those babies are worth it just like any other four-legged babies thank you for all that you do
Surely overdue to upgrade your laws on animal protection? Such clearcut cases of shocking abuse, neglect and starvation of these poor creatures -- yet the owners are able to escape any prosecution ! The community needs to unite & condemn this appalling neglect, and isolate these cruel owners, even preventing them from owning any animals in future... force some level of accountability.
easier said than done. sadly a big chunk of the world still really has no respect for animals, which is very odd because ironically many poor people, indigenous etc are the exact opposite and need animals for their own survival.. animal welfare laws are still basically considered last-tier despite this.. animal right groups can only do so much, it requires big change in the governments themselves, who are often not very democratic (if at all) and thus extremely hard to approach, let alone change.

I don't see how you can run any kind of equine rescue without a farrier and a Veterinarian. The donkey needs to be evaluated and prescribed for medicated baths, and definitely needs a farrier before there are internal bone rotations that won't come right later on.
There are vets on the island, but it’s not their fault that they don’t have access to better doctors and professionals. There are very limited resources where they’re located and this rescue works off donations. They’re doing the best they can with what they have which is much better than nothing at all. These donkeys and the other rescues would still be suffering at the hands of their previous owners or neglect/abandonment without the intervention of this rescue. I agree it’s a shame that they don’t have access to better technology and more qualified professionals to help these animals but they’re still able to do a lot of good despite the limitations. I think their work is important and wonderful and I’m glad they’re sharing and educating us viewers with their experiences

IF the other horse turns out to have dark hair Salt and Pepper. Donkeys make great guard animals. A lot framers are using them to keep herds safe. I have seen them take of wolves bears and even a Hyena. Keep a eye on your dogs they may end up in the donkeys rath
I don't have a name idea, but something that reminds us of the respect and care they both deserve. Or maybe a name that ties into her heritage breed ( what kind of donkey is she again? ) What I mean is maybe not a cutesy name, but a dignified name because they have been treated in such an undignified way. I hope I'm making sense. Maybe "Sir" or "Duke" ? Or Lady ?

Yes, or are all quite kind. Not very thorough with the washing, but the donkey certainly felt loved and cared for. I believe you should have soaked his skin to soften the scabs and then washed all those scabs off. I’m quite sure that you wash him once to get the dirt off she then use the clippers to shave him. If you try to run the clippers over him with all the dirt, you’ll dull your clipper before you get one pass through his coat. Oh, and hey, you gotta do his face and head at the same time as the rest of him.,

Itchy Brother was a cartoon character from some long ago cartoon show. It may have been Mighty Mouse. Or then again, maybe Jack and Jenny
Love ur videos but u never follow up with the stories u say you will tell us. I think people will be move devoted to the channel if u actually continue ur to be continued episodes bc people get attached to the animals and their progress.
