Hi Blake, Jose from Puerto Rico. People forget what created A.I.: A human brain. It didn't pop out of nowhere. Coders sat down and created this technology. So right there is my number one reason that I will never stop watching your video education or other creators out there who sit down and actually put in the work to educate us. Part of the fun is the process of going through trial and error and when you finally figure it out and have success, no one can take away that feeling of fulfilment or joy when that happens. I've purchased some of your courses and go back to them when I get stuck. For me that's the fun part. Folks like you, Tony Kuyper, Greg Benz and Sean Bagshaw are awesome teachers and I'll always go to you guys for instruction. Will A.I. get better, of course it will, but it will never substitute Blake.
I hope this video goes viral and this troll gives you your biggest win. Don’t take it personal tho, these kids have no idea what our job was like before a.i. made everything look simple. Keep it up brother!
I completely agree with you. It’s like the now infamous phrase of what a great picture your camera makes”. I second what you said about try it before you talk. Keep the good work
May I ask that if you had edited the Firefly generated image just a little, could you make it look as good as your's? Yes, your's was better by far, but I think you could've edited the Firefly AI rainbow just a tad and it would've looked just as natural and realistic as the one you made. No, it's not as realistic as your's, but realistically speaking, me thinks minor editis on it would've made it just as nice as your's. I might try my own suggestion, since I do have the nice rainbows you made. 😎
Ah, I see, I read that completely the wrong way before. Crazy how that worked, maybe the wording of the sentence. I don't know how I got that out of whack. No there's nothing you can really do with that from Firefly. Maybe an opacity adjustment and a possible blur, but it still won't look good. Firefly has a long way to go.
In my time doing photography in the age of AI, none of the people I've worked with have ever asked me to do AI anything. Sure, you do sacrifice convenience, but one thing AI generative content can't replicate... at least not at this point, is an organic feel. It's a lot like the uncanny valley. It's so close to looking organic, but it's missing the "flaws" of a human's touch. AI can't share the moment with you when you hand a client an image, and they get excited. AI is one tool in a vast tool kit, it has its niche, but outside that niche, it fails miserably.
The only complaint I have about you is that you speak too fast and as a foreigner it is hard for me to keep up. As for the content of the lectures I have no objections and I claim that they are deep and instructive. Greetings from Poland.
I speak how I speak and I won't slow down for anyone. I have a firm stance on that. However, I do empathize with foreigners who don't natively speak English. I'm from the East Coast and people talk fast there. If I slow down my education I get bored and therefore you and everyone else will be bored. You have a few options to help you though. 1. Slow the pace of the video in the playbar. 2. Put on subtitles in the playbar 3. Change the subtitles to your language I won't slow down, I won't apologize for it. It's how I am and its part of the energy I bring to my videos.
I'd like to order a print of the rainbow shot at 5:48 but I'd like Firefly to sign the print. How much?
You would, you troll! Give me my gas money first, then we'll talk ;)
The microwave is good for heating food that's already cooked. It sucks at cooking.
Ooooooooooooh I like that 😁
You couldn't have said it better! ❤❤❤

It just needs to be said. There's a lot of hurting people out there showing their hurt. Sometimes you gotta call it out

Thanks! That makes it so much easier on content creators and can actually add to the conversation instead of try to destroy it
AI verses Blake, that is never going to be a fair fight.
I do fight dirty!
I typed in Photoshop "realistic faint rainbow" and I got a first class rainbow - just like yours!
Love it. I'm going to send links of your video to those I know that keep telling me that I don't need to do any manual work any longer!
This is a great example of why it's good to be a skilled tradesperson 😁 share away!
Sarcasm ?? You nailed it ! I reaffirm my loyalty to the human race and to human photographers ( which MAY include Gavin Hardcastle). Thanks
Oooof you took that a little too far. I was in full agreement until the Hardcastle comment 🤣
Thanks for all your great videos! I’ve learned a lot over the years.
Blake for the win....ALWAYS! 😄
🤣 I am dead. AI made cartoon rainbows that defy color science and physics. Well that solves it Blake. Time to retire. 🤣 Thanks for all you do man!
I lost it, man. I had to hold my composure. lol

AI imitates it can‘t create
It created a monster 🤣
that was sooo funny. 😆😆😆
Right 🤣🤣🤣

If you go into the settings, you can change the speed of the playback to slow it down. :)
