They have beautiful ballads, this one is from their most recent album, Omega. Simone performed this song acapella with a choir at their Omega Alive virtual show in 2021.
Apocalyptica is a Finnish symphonic metal band featuring 3 cellos. They were touring with EPICA when this was filmed.
For more EPICA, try The Skelton Key or Kingdom of Heaven Part 3 from that Omega Alive show. Or Sancta Terra from the Retrospect 2013 show, it features Floor Jansen.

Her soaring vocals cut right through to the front and when the rest lof the band kick in she just effortlesly takes it up another notch. We are blessed with talent in this genre.

AFAS is a Football Stadium in the Netherlands where Epica did a concert in January this year with guest band, Apocalyptica. Apparently I am wrong. The AFAS is a concert hall and not the nearby Stadium. As I rarely travel due to my Autism and anxiety, I took the information off Google maps. In future I will not make any more comments for you neurotypicals to dissect. Goodbye.

AFAS is a concert venue in Amsterdam, definately not a football stadium.
It is next door to a stadium, but it's a concert venue in an entirely different building.
Johan Cruyff arena is the soccer stadium not afas
In the southeast of Amsterdam there is the Johan Cruijff Arena (soccer stadium where Ajax FC plays), AFAS Live (formerly Heineken Music Hall) and Ziggo Dome, all three harbour concerts, with different number of attendants. I saw Simon & Garfunkel in the Arena and Paul McCartney in Ziggo Dome
The singer Simone is one of the best sopranos in Metall 🤘
