The graphics looked better in memory. But still not bad for PS2

This game was my childhood.... it actually makes me tear up honestly, it immediately takes me back to a time where life was carefree, no stress was put on me, no mental issues, no dealing with other people’s bullshit, just a young innocent me enjoying this game, having a genuinely good time!

Need more games of this fashion! Engaging and Invigorating! BTW, I noticed a tiny little dialogue glitch, Likely due to wear and tear. When Red hits that bell by the waterfall, Fiona use to commend her, saying: Nice throw! Miss that!😙
The hero times we're the ones that made me rage quit everytime but eventually I will pass it 😂

Oh man...I remember the greatest struggles of this levels like it was all yesterday. This level was crazy. It's one of my favorites but it was one of the hardest. Well the hero time anyway. It literally took me and my siblings DAYS to complete that hero time. We even had to get our older sister to try it and she beat it for us after we tried a thousand times and she doesn't even play video games. Ever since then whoever beat the hero time was the one that did it every time because everybody else couldn't finish it and quit.
Ahahah I remember thinking that Hero Time was the most difficult thing in the game, now in retrospect its not that hard. But DAMN

It kept me and my sister at bay until I finally managed it. There was a ton of trees and bridges and logs in the way. If you weren't on your toes especially near the end you'd definitely fail.

Red Riding hood, Donkey, and Gingy were my mains in the game. Lol They were just the most useful in about all of the situations the games tossed at you. Plus I remember whenever Red would say 'That rubbed my apple the wrong way' I would die laughing. xD
Aye they're mine too. Well you forgot Puss those were the main people. I would have to say them and Fiona. Those five were the most fun to use out of anyone.
I did forget Puss, though I still had more fun with Red than anyone else personally. Though Puss's speed was his strength.

When I was in 3rd grade I had a sleepover for my birthday and we played the Hero Time level at the end and worked on it for HOURS before we were able to beat it xD
I loved this game. I’m still upset I never got to beat it. I remember renting it from blockbuster and then asking for it for Christmas one year. They should add it to the switch lol. Shrek forever 💚
My favorite character in this game and in the Shrek world as a whole is Lil Red Riding Hood. Looking back to game I never realized how savage she was, probably cause I was 7.
