If I understand correctly, the video shows ERS R , which means rotation and bending to the right. During the presented procedure, this rotation is deepened. Shouldn't the patient be rotated to the opposite side?

What does ERS mean?
Extension, rotation and side bending and relates to the position of one facet joint in relation to the one below it - regards JG
What do you mean by pushing the knee into your hand? is the patient doing a hip flexion? hip abduction?
