    TODAY'S RECIPE-BIRYANI GRAVY
    INGREDIENTS;
    onions chopped-3
    tomatoes chopped-4
    raw coconut-1full
    roasted peanuts & sesame seeds-each-2tbs
    all the above ingredientsare grind into fine paste seperate it.
    curry leaves-few
    salt-as per the taste
    red chilley powder-1.5tbs
    green chillies-4sliced
    corriender powder-1tbs
    garam masala powder-1tbs
    black pepper powder-1/8tbs
    water-150ml
    oil-2tbs
    cumin seeds-1tbs
    PREPARATION METHOD OF BIRYANI GRAVY;
    first,heat a kadai with 2tbs of oil,once the oil is heated,add cumin seeds & curry leaves.
    next add onions paste & fry into 3mins on MF.
    next add tomato paste/puree in it & fry into 5mins on MF.
    next add red chilley powder,salt,corriender powder,garam masala powder & black pepper powders & stir it well.
    cook the gravy in 2mins.next add water & peanuts,sesame seeds paste & coconut pieces pate in it.again cook the gravy in 5 mins on high flame.
    after 5mins,add few corriender leaves & cok the gravy in 2mins.that's all
    biryani gravy is ready to serve.
