Hy my mum was refused cos her contribution money was paid into her account and it was deemed to be inconsistent with her salary and so was refused…dis contribution grp is not even registered..Explaining just in the letter is Dt enough
I would suggest you give a good bank statement from the person she is going to visit in the UK then she has to submit hers to giving more details about the contribution of possible showing evidences of how long and how she has been doing the contribution
The problem is Dt d contribution (osusu)she does it in cash no evidence to even show how d contribution is been going..when it was time for her to park she asked them to pay it to her account.Usually she receives cash from dem.

Hello thanks for youressage. Yes it is actually important. So what I did was, I copied and pasted all the reasons given for the rejections in the new cover letter and then whole a defence by picking the reasons one after and clarified the visa officers concerns. So it depends on the reasons for refusal, it you have a genuine proof to clear things out then please reapply

Thanks for your msg. Great!!! just ensure you capitalise on the reasons the VO gave for your rejection. Then clarify and back up with proof stating what has changed from that situation. Remember to attach any supporting documents to support your clarifications. Good luck

It was an oversight.. I submitted my residence permit. But did not capture the full part, I also submitted my proof of funds only had to resubmit when I was reapplying

Hello thanks for your message. If you a0te sure the pictures were not forged0, re apply and do all it takes to proof them the were not forged. Send all the proof you have, the time stamps, events, old messages to clarify yourself.

was just denied uk visa to attend my uncle’s graduation which was on the 28th of July, 2023. The reason for denial was that apart from his letter of invitation and the schools letter, there was no evidence that we had a personal relationship or contact or communication. I just got the denial today July 31,2023. I feel I don’t have to reapply because the graduation date has already passed . Please advice
Thanks for your msg. You can reapply if you are certain and have documents, pictures, timestamp messages to proof he is your uncle. Also state in your introduction letter that you are aware that the graduation is past, however, you would like to clarify the discrepancies so it won't affect your future applications. I did the same. However, you need to be sure and convinced.

My husband traveled as a student in October and I gave birth September so I applied with my son and was rejected because we submitted same proof of funds as my husband and after their calculation, the money in account wasn’t enough. I guess you are on the right part sis. I guess one of the reasons for the rejection was because you used same bank statement has your hubby. They expect you to have a separate one has that covers only for him. So keep working on it so you can reapply. I wish you luck

Hello it depends on how soon you are applying after the rejection. If you are reapplying immediately, it means your circumstances hasn't really changed so you stick to the same info you provided in the previous but attaching other necessary back up information and documents to clarify the reasons for the rejection

Thank you for replying. In my first application I put I was going to stay with my brother for 6 months but they weren’t satisfied. If I re apply should I write 6 months again or write less time? But preferably I’d like to stay for 5 months at least.
@@shariayasin2564 oh that was the problem. If you are going to the UK for the 1st time on a visiting visa, if your visa is granted, its usually a 6 months visa. Its a red flag when you state that you will be visiting a person for 6 months, it raises a lot of questions like are you not working,schooling, don't you have a family, or other responsibilities. I guess It's fair enough to state one or months to visit your brother. Also you also need to write what you plan to do during your visit. You brother also needs to give you an IV letter.

@@HoneyBee01 Thank you. Yes I gave all of this proof. My brother and sister in law are having their first baby and they invited me to spend time with them. And we thought it would be nice to stay for about 5 months so we can visit different places in the UK too. I gave the invitation letters, also proof of university letter. But it wasn’t enough evidence. So I’m quite confused on what to do next when I re apply

Hello madam,I applied for a student dependent AR on the 2nd of December 2022, decision overturned June 12 2023 payed additional IHS June 15 2023 and I submitted my passport with a copy of my overturned decision letter even without receiving passport submission mail on Monday, July 24th 2023 at the VAC ikeja is over 3 months and I'm yet to receive any update as to when I will get my passport back. Have done so many paid mail/calls but the UKVI contact centre isn't helpful and just gives generic answers while refusing to escalate to the appropriate quarters. My AR process has taken approximately 11 months.. Please could you kindly give details on the processing time for visas after a successful administrative review when a refusal decision has been overturned ? Should I be worried ??pls I need your professional advice

Hello Akinyi thanks for reaching out. You can state that from your previous visa that was rejected, the reason why the VO rejected your visa was because ..... but now it has been rectified, then you can refer to your proof. They have your past data so do not ignore it.

@@alynnaakinyi8061 Anytime Alynna, your visa applications should always have a letter of intent as one of your supporting documents. This is where you can also have the opportunity to explain or clear things out and also let ylthe visa officer know what you intend to do on your trip, and so on

Hello sis yes you can. I did. the same. Address the re-application to the visa officer or consular. Copy and paste the reasons for the rejection that give points to clarify in the letter and submit back up document. Same situation, nothing changes, just more clarity and more documents to clarify things

If your visa has been granted, a visa vignette (sticker) will be stuck inside your passport allowing you to travel.
You will be contacted by VFS/TLS when your passport is ready for collection, or delivery of your passport.
Honestly 😊 I know how you feel. The excitement and all. But I guess you do not have a choice than to be patient at this point . But I hope your fathers visa will be approved if you had done the needful.

I applied immediately so I did not change my bank statement. I only made references to the time and date some transactions in my letter of introduction

Hello Sis.. thanks for your message. A month is not too much. I guess you did not show proofs of ties back to your country like a jobs, or business with a steady flow of income, or school, or properties, or strong family ties. Do worry too much about it but put these into consideration when next you are applying. You need to proof to the Visa officer that you will definitely return back home

Hello thank you for your message. In my opinion, I would say the Visa officer went through your application and was quite confused however your application is still under consideration. There's no need to be worried. Just stay positive and chill for the decision before you take any further step. Also, I would suggest no to contact them for now so it doesn't seem as though you desperately want it or you are pressurised them.. Give them time to do their job. Good luck 👍 💓

Same as you submitted before but copy and paste the reason for rejection in your letter of appeal and tend to it one after the other referring to supporting documents you will be submitting to back up your claims
I think my husband visa has been refused, I just notice the IHS fee in my bank account. Did this happen when you got refused? He hasn’t received a a decision email yet
I honestly do not know anything about IHS, you can check online if it is a refundable fee. But I guess you should please stay hopeful

Hello sis.. thanks for your message. The only thing you can do at the moment is to appeal or re-apply based on the reasons they gave for the refusal. Also I would ask if she had submitted enough proof of funds, also did you send her an invitation letter from your school to show that she was attending your graduation, also did you also attach a cover letter to back up her application. So there’s a lot to put into consideration. So I would suggest that if you chose to reapply then work and improve on the reasons for refusal.

Hello it would be almost impossible to get the visa in a week time but I would suggest you reapply stating that you know the business event would have passed but you would like to clarify things. So you can attach documents to show how you get your additional income. Please check my last community post of how to write a re-application letter

Thanks for your kind words. So what I did was in my letter of reapplication I copied and pasted the reasons for the previous rejection and then tacked each one After the other in the letter and submitted it with other documents

am so confused my lawyer called and told me that i was going to be approved due them asking me to get my brp done and when it camme to time forme to get it done i didnt get a case number so we contacted our lawyer and he said he would ask them for it few days later i was told i got rejected

In my previous application, i stated i had an additional source of income, one of the reason for rejection was i didn't show enough proof of this extra income. Reapplying in october but i don't make that extra income anymore so i want to take that information out of my new application....How do i address this in my letter of explanation and also new application?
Submit another source of income and remember to show a proof of how the income is made. E.g if your uncle is ur sponsor, show what he does like a CAC or company issh

Thanks for your message. You don't need to apply through an immigration lawyer if you know the reason for the denial and can rectify and defend it in your letter of explanation when you are reapplying. You can reapply if you can truthfully clear things up.

You have to send the embassy an email requesting to know the reasons for the rejection so you can make amends

Hi, i tried getting a visit visa to gemrnay, but was unaware of the yellow sponsorship letter the relative must give. And mh visa was rejected because of that. So now im booking a hotel for my stay, can i put this in my appeal and will they accept it??
Why not get the sponsorship letter from your sponsor so your previous application won’t be contradictory.. since you previously stated you have a person to sponsor you in Germany just get the SL from the person. It’s not a hard process if the person legally resides and work in Germany.
@@HoneyBee01 heyy thanks for the reply. I was able to get my visa approved three days after I sent the appeal letter. I added that I was going to stay at the hotel and cancelled the bookings later
Hii, thank you so much for this tips. I wanted to ask what do you mean by letter of application? Did you send them an email , or did you copy all the reasons and justified them in the new visa application. I didnt know there was a section to write additional information.
Also, Im a uni student and this is supposed to be my first visit to the uk with two friends, but the visa got refused because there was no proof that Im a student and from where I get my financial support (scholarships) , What documents would you recomend to send so that its not refused again? And did you get a refund for the previous visa ? I dont know if its worth it to pay again.

A letter of application, or cover letter us a letter you draft out yourself, express all you need the VO to know in the letter and submit it along with other documents. I will upload a sample of a cover letter on my channel later in the day

Yes you can, I reapplied right immediately after I got my rejection letter. I submitted my application the same day I picked up my passport.

It usually take atleast 15 working days to 1 month. But in some cases they need more time depending on when you applied or a times they might have to run a background check.
As regards resubmission you can apply almost immediately after the refusal.

I would suggest you reapply instead of appealing. It’s better that way. The process is reapply with the previous documents and add the additional documents to correct the reasons for the refusal.
Ma pls I got refused Uk visa 2015. Can I apply for fresh application becos my husband is a skilled worker am the dependant and his already in the Uk. When I applied 2015 it was a visiting visa I did but becos I dnt state I got refused for France pls help
@@roselineomoyemeh hello sis.. thanks for your message of cause you can apply for a fresh application and of cos your situation has changed and improved. So ensure you include a good cover letter in your application and you don't need to say you were refused a france visa since it is a different consulate.

Yes sure it will be counted as a refusal but I guess since I reapplied and it was approve. It has in some sort of way written off the refusal. Not sure though.

Yes you should reapply if you can provide your payslip and employment letter.. I am not sure if the birth certificate is important

Hi dear, please i did my biometrics on the 7th of july and 15 working days later i got an email from Tls contact that a decision was made on my visa application and the passport has been sent back to me but till date i have gotten an email regarding the decision made and i got my passport today empty with no letter attached as well to state reason for the return of passport. I dont even know the decisions they made regarding my visa🤷🏽♀️
You can write them a mail to tell them you did not get a letter to show reasons why it was rejected

Hello Sis thanks for you for message. Wow that's strange. Can you send them an Email stating your application number and that you did not get a reason for your refusal. They usually respond to email fast. It is very important you know the reasons so you can avoid such mistakes next time. I wish you good luck.. cheers

@@akeembisola9059 U are wc anything sis.. the email actually depends on the country where you applied. But I am sure you can search online. Just search for the UK embassy email tending to nigerian applicants.

Sorry about that… usually the letter of rejection usually comes as a white paper along with your passport when it is returned or sometimes the also send it to your email address
My dear the letter didn't come with the passport it's obvious it came on email but the agent that applied for me has refused to send me the email I've been begging him even before I picked my passport
@@dr.jackline2097 please it Is always advisable not to use agents for visa applications.. its a step by step procedure you can follow doing thongs yourself. You need to know the purpose of rejection so it doesn't affect your future application. So please find a way to get it.

How do you explain the reason for refusal in the application form? Do we have to give point wise
Copy and past the reasons for refusal in your letter of introduction and then handle it one after the other in the letter and how you tend to tackle the reason also remember to submit documents to show proof

Apply showing a proof of your job situation, source of income, purpose of travelling, accommodation, travel itinerary, ensure you attach every supporting documents you need to submit and clarify anything that needs clarity, Good luck. 👍

Hi. I’m a student in my 3rd year in Uni .
I applied for a Uk visitor’s visa which got refused on the basis of: not convinced on how I’m able to support myself in my home country .
My uncle was the one inviting and funding my trip to the Uk and back, and all other expenses I might incur in the Uk and I couldn’t prove ties to my home country. And they are not sure if I will come back to my home country if I’m given a chance into the Uk.
I stated that I will be in the Uk for 28days; which is when school will be on vacation.
How do I prove my financial support since I’m a student.
As a student, what can I present to show my ties to my home country.

Hello sis.. sorry about this.. however I would have suggested you submitted your bank statement along with your uncles, also submit your admission letter, student ID, if possible your previous semester result, also let them know you are very attached to your parents and family, nd you only intend to go on a visit. Also if you have previous pictures or connections with your uncle, to show why he is sponsoring you, you can submit along side with.

@@abustephanieme too , They gave a silly reason that i may not come back to turkey. Even when my students letter says i was a student. Maybe they wanted me to submit my school results and they said i have too much money in my statement. Lol
