I absolutely loved this movie the Last Dragon. Bruce Leroy and Sho’Nuff were two outstanding characters and the singer that Bruce Leroy fell for was pretty hot too. I love the Last Dragon music and the waving of the hands, Bruce Lee, the power of the glow, and so on.
This movie is so sentimental to me cause my late father took me to see this movie in the summer of 1985 when I visiting my late grandparents in Columbus Georgia
Absolutely loved this movie Wish they come out with a sequel but what a shame some of these talented actors passed on God bless!!! I'm just thankful I have it on DVD!!!! I'm keeping it 4ever!!!!!!
Singing the song in the shower this morning and searched RUclips and clicked here. Great job with the edit. I am 45 and showed this to my niece & nephew when it was on Netflix last year. Still have my DVD copy. Great movie, great soundtrack, great inspiration
@@jcnunya8162 Bruce Lee started in 26 movies, created a new Martial Arts form, and trained some of the best martial artists of our generation. That's probably why he so highly regarded.
I actually met Taimak at the San Antonio Comic Con in 2013. Happiest day of my life😁 One of my Fitness/Martial Arts inspirations just like THE LATE GREAT Bruce. Lee himself. Eternal Love for Prince Taimak and RIP King Bruce, and RIP to Sho Nuff, Vanity and Ritchie💪🏾💪🏾💖
I was amazed as a kid...when he started glowing i had more confidence than ever....taught me to stand up to my bully......also nobody told me it was just a movie and i got my ass whooped like never before....thanks bruce leroy.....yea.... thanks alot 😒
I watch this movie everytime I want to remember greater times. I remember seeing this at my local theater I was in middle school. Loved it ever since. Classic!!!! Great memories of my childhood. 👍👍👍
Watching this got me emotional...my childhood. Such a classic...taimak, vanity, shonuff and the countless unforgettable supporting cast. Man, what great characters straight out of a comic book. I must have seen this like 20 times when I was young. Great, inspiring soundtrack. Bruce leeroy and shonuff should be street fighter characters for real. The 80s were such an awesome time.
One of my favorite movies of all time. For 1985 the glow technology was crazy. Bad ass urban martial arts movie. I actually met Taimak, down to earth guy. Really nice. Hope to meet him again.
This movie and Big Trouble in Little China (besides Kung Fu Theatre on Saturdays) got me into Martial Arts.... One of my favorites and I looked a lot like Bruce Leroy... :)
This song has everything, motivational message, strings, horns, guitars, synthesizers, I love it. It's unique and positive enough you'll never forget it, much like this movie. Something that is still being quoted in other movies, I couldn't believe how giddy I got at the shout out in Sorry to Bother You.
Even today I pull this movie out blow it off and pop it into my DVD player. The next time I watch this movie I will be watching it with my 19 year old son.
Awesome song. The music words and singers are phenomenal. We all need to listen to the wise advice. Take life one day at a time. Yes outstanding. I'm still rocking this amazing song from the last dragon in 2022 and forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was a toddler when this movie came out. I caught it on cable a lot as a teenager that was obsessed with Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan (and to a lesser degree, Jet Li) and this is still one of my favorite movies. Inspirational. Self discovery, enlightenment and belief in yourself.
This was one of the movies I had on VHS and would watch many many times. This along with Streets of Fire with Diane Lane..... Must have watched these two movies about a hundred times. The way they reverse stereotyped Leroy and the fortune cookie guys was absolutely hilarious.
The poster on my wall as a teenager agrees. The Last Dragon was my favorite movie growing up by a factor of 10. Taimak should have been an action star.
@@ellsworthconstructionllc What's this?! Two girls with green eyes Mr. Burton! Both the Last Dragon, and Big Trouble in Little China are my all time favorite movies! Actually certain aspects of Big Trouble were used for inspiration in Mortal Kombat(Raiden and ShangTsung)
They opened up their thrid eye and embraced the power of "I AM" this movie is so cool. You are the master of your life, you just have to believe you are.
The last kick landed Sho nuff in the water barrel! Him, and them high top converse gym shoes! Funny as all get out! Love it! Especially when sho, nuff's red glow went on the blink! Pay your light bill next time boy!
This was a classic good guy vs evil. Sho'nuff was a great villain. It would have been great to see a sequel, and see a redemptive arc for Sho'nuff. However big his ego and his need for dominance, he still had honor. Julius Carry was amazing in this role.

Vanity … look up “nasty girl”

Last Dragon a real blast from the past. A feel good movie ☺
This movie is so sentimental to me cause my late father took me to see this movie in the summer of 1985 when I visiting my late grandparents in Columbus Georgia

Literally just took a shower to this 🤣🤣🤣
Such a great movie. Bruce Leroy was lost and didn't know himself... then found out that he is the master and found himself. Brilliant.
Reminds me in kung Fu panda 3 when po realize that he is the dragon warrior
This generation will never know a hero like Bruce LeRoy.
nicholas morales not true; I'm creating a character based off him and Shonuffffff.
im 17 AND I WATCHED THIS MOVIE GROWING UP NIGGGGGGA
nicholas morales This generation is garbage sadly. No heroes only bullshit, assholes and villains, proudly

John wick and Neo 😐 and Blade,

@@ogiecruz8063 yep hands down
"I AM!" Everybody in the God damn theater started clapping!!!! I still remember!!!
That message was for everyone in the theater!!💯
Sadly it was probably rejected by critics for having a mostly black main cast, its a master piece. On Rotten Tomato audience see's it as it is.
Absolute masterpiece
@@defmoon900well considering when it came out lol.
