However, karamja gloves 4 come with an additional effect that gives you a 10% chance of obtaining 2 tickets instead of 1, regardless of whether you have them equipped or not. Maybe you're thinking of that?
Oh yeah! It's great for all levels! Except for maybe flawless runs of the sepulchre its the best thing you can do at your level assuming you spam obstacles during downtime
