I have an IC named RTD2270L it has spi pins and I got it from a LCD tv
Is it possible to use this IC for some projects like blinking an led etc?
If yes how can I use it and how to program it
please reply I doesn't have much idea about electronics (I'm studying in 12th)please

I am not sure, But I think we can program the IC with Arduino via SPI Protocol. You just need to gather a few details of the IC like SPI Clock in the datasheet and adjust the code in Arduino for proper communication.
But might not be worthy to do all these cuz you can blink led with simple circuits. Or just buy a microcontroller online for cheap.
Idk much about these communications , So ignore if I told anything wrong 😅
