    So fresh and so clean! I like the look of both windshields but something about how the Pro Touring Flare is designed looks really nice. I hope it works out for you Burt. Take care guys🤘🤙

    I like the idea of the wider windshield not just for cold but here in ga depending on time of day in warm weather 65 plus when crops are being planted until harvest the yellow jackets and wasps and other hard shell insects can be vicious most especially if entangled in your facial hair. On interstate travel you would also probably benefit from less loose road grime etc from sticking to you. I'm really wanting to know the difference

      More protection on the highway and less wind means less fatigue and the longer you can ride on a long trip.

      Nothing like a Wasp in your Beard. 😫

    I ordered the 14” sport Flare for my 2021 road glide limited. I should have measured but I didn’t. I’m 6’ and I hope I can see over it. I guess we shall see.

    Nice video guys. I’ve used Original bike spirits Spray Cleaner and Polish forever. It used to be Honda branded but now they sell it under a different name. It’s worked great on my sport bike plastics and paint in between washes….I ran in to an issue getting it for a while and tried the Harley Spray Cleaner and Polish and it works well as well….I also use it to clean up my full face helmet and shield when the bugs get bag. I had the Harley stuff for Sturgis and was glad I did. if I see the klockwerks stuff I’ll have to grab some and give it a try!

      I'm definitely trying this on my face shield! and I will probably just order shine weeks online.

    Man.... I gotta get you all a mini split heatpump system in there. I have the 12" for long rides and the shorty 5" for local riding. 12" makes all the difference in the world on the highway!!!

    Nice Vid guys - I am with ya on how windshield selection is a big factor riding in the cold. Over here on the NW side of the country we get the 30s cold riding days this time of year. Looking forward to the comparo btw the 14" sport and the 12" pro touring flare. Hurry up! This stock '21 RGL windshield gotta go!

    I just got a 22 RG Special. I’m 6’3”, 14” bars, stock seat for now but in need of a windshield.
    I ordered a 9” sport flair based off other reviews on RUclips but canceled the order because I don’t know if it will be tall enough to eliminate the buffeting.
    I’m stationed in Germany with the Air Force and do mostly 25 min rides to work and an occasional 1-2 hour trip. Very rarely long touring type rides. But 45 mins with the stock windshield and I’ve got the worst headache.
    With all y’all’s experience is there one you recommend for me? Most of our rides are cool mornings but hot afternoons. Never the 15 degrees you see but some 40s-50s. Lots of 80+ degree days.

      Derek, thank you for the comment, burt is 6’4 and is enjoying the 12 pro touring , I have 14” bars, am 5’11 am neither one of us get buffeting we both however fun the wind deflectors Harley sells for the for the RG. Part number 57000510 I think they make a difference as well.

    This is like off-season sporting news here. LOL! I love Shine Works. I use it as my no wash cleaner and we have some NAAASSSTY bugs in Nebraska. You'll have to put the 12" on each of your bikes so we know what each of you think riding with it.

    • @BaggersandBrews
      @BaggersandBrews  2 года назад

      It's awesome to hear how many people use Shinewerks already. and yes, I will definitely roll with 12" pro touring at some point.

    They look great on those two sharks! As for the F11, there are many videos and tests showing just how overpriced it is as well as the lack of performance and longevity. There are far better options

      Personally I like the 12” pro touring better . My wife got a little buffeting with the 14” sport flare, but is getting nothing with the 12” touring.
