I literally just saw a video talking about what those stacks are on nuclear plants. They're cooling towers! The water going through the plants are super hot, so it gets sprayed into the cooling towers which then cools it off via a mechanical process, and that creates steam. So, putting the steam boilers in those towers is thematic and flavorful! That said, I think there's a bit more that goes into these thorium reactors.
You could put the beacon on minecart contraption so u could pick it up and place it where every you like using the cart assembler. Having a whole beacon in your pocket sounds really nice.

You should catch a couple of your “friends” and rehabilitate them. It seems like they really want to hang out but don’t know how to do that. They might even be happy to help you “run” the reactor.

Man just saying I think at the end I saw how your machine had a back up because of you having not enough iron so maybe make a new iron farm somewhere to deliver to help your production
If I remember correctly, the last time I played with these reactors, I built the exact same one as in the ponder, and inputing 1 fuel rod every 1:30 min did the job without any explosion or meltdown, the reactor was transfering power to 4 heaters, which was heating a 2*2*6 steam boiler. this boiler was making just enough power for my metal and packed mud bricks factory. (Also I would recomend to add a lot of heat pumps on your line to make sure that the heat cables don't blow up)
tip: for filling in 3 block wide spaces with copycats,drills, etc., you should start on the left, place 1 of the objects, and hold down right click to place 3. Then move left and repeat (right to left or up/down also works.)

i feel like voiding the xp is a bad idea, at least until you have a dedicated xp farm. at least add a few upgrades so more is stored before being voided.
Before making one, test new reactors with boiler heaters instead of sterling engines. This way you'll get most rotational power from nuclear fuel. The boiler heaters basically can replace blaze burners for the steam engines (max level!)
Tbh, I feel like a second access door would work well in between the two garage bays, because it's a 3-wide space. Y'know, just so you have a slightly faster way of getting out in that direction, towards the main building of the nuclear facility, in case of an emergency. Fractional seconds count when those go sideways! Edit: NEVERMIND, you already ended up moving it due to internal design stuff!
foxy, I came here to warn you, when you will be installing the reactors don't put them into the cooling towers, ppl will be angry if you do (and yes I will paste it under every vid untill u install them, just so you don't forget ;3 )
Please use power lines from the Create: New Age mod for power transit. I think it would be super cool to see what you can do with it and to see the process of converting to electrical energy and back!
rather then voiding the extra why not make a trash truck to transport all the excess to a 'dump' that then moves the items over to you main storage? (say if storage gets over 85% or something it then drains back down to 50% on all boxes except the rod box)
10 thorium = 1 radioactive thorium and 7 iron nuggets. If you only want to use this iron to make the casing, you will never have enaugh iron for all thorium. So at least put a void upgrade in the radioactive thorium barel to keep it from clogging
can someone please help me, its driving me crazy. I'm using the storage controller interface with a chute ontop trying to transfer items into a andesite storage with a storage controller directly next to it and it doesnt take the items out of the chute (which is ontop of the controller interface) and placing it into the andesite storage (which is right next to the Controller)

Props for creating your mod with the storage drawers, but you overdo it. Part of Create is making things visually interesting, and your mesh network of a storage system takes away all of the interesting moving-the-items-around part of Create. Makes things very efficient looking, but very boring too.
Love your vids!!! They are always amazing but if you want to keep subs from kids I suggest not doing face in livestreems/vids or at all! And how many people do you pay to be voice actors for rocky, the idiots, etc.
FYI, for the cobblestone generator: you can also waterlog the drills instead of using stairs. This way you basically save one block width.

The only thing i could think watching this is "why not just use belts?" There were many points in this video where that thought crossed my mind
Belts are cumbersome and cause a high amount of lag compared to a storage system

when you build the reactor and made it work you can use the heat from the reactor to power the steam engines
