On Properties, You Put It At 24, On Audio Event FX, Add Pitch Shift And Put It At 5 And Make Sure You Put It At A17 On Pitch Shift And You Have Pitch 29!

A 4th note is 1 beat. An 8th note is half of a 4th note.

If you're using vegas, click on file > properties, then click the ruler tab. In the ruler tab, click the first dropdown menu (ruler time format) and choose "Measures & Beats". Then in the same tab, type "140" in "beats per minute", and press OK. Then click options, and if "quantize to frames" is checked, be sure to turn it off. Next enable "snap to grid". Then hover over "grid spacing", then choose 16th notes. Now your videos should snap to 16th notes. Two 16th notes is an 8th note, and four 16th notes is a 4th note.

theres a problem... Vegas Pro pitch shifting only goes up to +24 while the highest note of this is +29
