I like the Vega protein drinks, however, plant protein is not as bioavailable as animal protein. Yes, it can work for gaining muscle mass, just is not as bioavailable in terms of the branched chain/essential amino acids. The digestibility is not the same.

I'm not sure. If it's not working for you, just don't drink it in the future.
It could be the electrolytes in the drink, that can often cause side affects.
I was thinking about using this for my weight loss goals but I was thinking it had too much sugar and ur video helped me lolll anyways good stuff

Can you use these drinks during a liquid diet for diverticulitis attack? I’ve looked everywhere and no one mentions these.
A clear broth diet alone doesn’t keep you strong if you’re on it for days…. What about a supplement of a Boost drink? or Ensure
Good question, but unfortunately I don't have an answer for that, as diverticulitis is not my area of expertise.
I recommend speaking to a registered dietitian who specializes in GI health.

Do you have an opinion on "Carnation Instant Breakfast", they may be calling it "Boost'' by Nestle now?
I looked it up, but there seem to be multiple products under the Boost line. Do you have a link to the specific product you're asking about?
Boost chocolate powder from Walmart. It’s almost identical to the “Carnation Instant Breakfast “ powder.

If you want a milkshake, and you like the taste, regardless of its nutritional profile, enjoy!
If you're drinking it for health reasons, there are much better things you could be drinking (like Vega's all-in-one shake, Milk 2 Go Pro, Glucerna, and others).
If you want a multivitamin, then just take a multivitamin as a capsule/tablet.

Why Ensure contains really bad stuff like corn syrup??

You can't go wrong by staying away from Ensure
I lost 50 lbs in 40 days laying flat on my back in a hospital bed only drinking 3 Ensures a day and nothing else but water. Chemo for AML leukemia and the smell of cooked food made me nauseated. Never felt hungry only drinking Ensure. Of course a lot of that was muscle loss. Yeah, I left there a nutritional wreck but I was cured of cancer and lost weight. Lol! Sugar or not you will lose weight if that's all you consume.

And yes, at the end of the day, calories are king.
@@FitnessSolutionsPlus Thanks! An allogeneic bone marrow transplant after the chemo ultimately cured it I suppose but that was really a wild ride for 5 years with GVHD attacks. They really need more patient friendly treatments for cancer. I've heard they are working on that.
Yes. The Ensures are specifically for that sort of state. To prevent severe malnutrition while not overdoing sugar. That's what these supplements are supposed to be for.

What kind of growth? Muscle growth? Weight? Height?
