hilarious how everyone hated wind waker at first, but it got pretty much a cult following over time because it's SO DARN GOOD

I was a child when I played _The Legend of Zelda,_ and it was simply magical. As an adult, playing _The Wind Waker_ was the closest I've come to re-experiencing that feeling, and this is why (in my opinion) I think it is the best that the franchise has to offer.
There is just this genuine feeling of exploration about it that I can't explain; it is a pervasive feeling of quiet mystery that seems to saturate the entire world map. If you played the original as a kid, maybe you will know what I mean.
***** They didn't. Remember how the world was divided into "squares"? each square was a different map, and it loaded the adjacent squares only when you got close to them. =)

I love how in most of these videos, he has one recording that's doing practically nothing except making some facial expressions at the cam most of the time, and there always seems to be one that grabs his cat. It's like a signature or something.

was playing wind waker with the sound down (i was playing with my own music) and this came on exactly when i viewed the cutscene of the dragon and the ship explaining the island.

Smooth's moveset, stunning people with his singing, then attacking with eight smooths. He can create more smooths like olimar does, and he can change his hats to give him different benefits to his stun ability. He is also able to attack with charl be throwing him or counter attacking. His ultimate move would be him singing zeldas lullaby/lavender town song, which would put everyone on the stage to sleep and give them +50% damage.

I sit here and think that 9 years this video was recorded and I now sit here, venturing in my musical endeavors sinking into nostalgia, crying a river because not only is this being one of my favorite all-time soundtracks from my all-time favorite video games series but is also something that I've finally been able to sing along to and hit a large majority of the notes. This is absolutely amazing, man. Kudos to you and I hope you keep making videos like this. I highly value this kind of entertainment

I remember when the wii came out in 2006, my uncle gave me his old gamecube; at the time I was only 6 years old. He then ordered me wind waker to give me a challenge.
This game wasn't that new or old at the time, but I didn't care, i was 6. It was the first console and game i ever owned. and I will never forget the fun i had playing it along with my cousin, uncle, and then watching my stepsister play through it, who was the same age as me at the time.
I remember getting legit scared of that forest area where you rescue tetra in outset XD
And then i got a mini heart attack when I got the master sword and had to fight all those enemies. lol
But i progressed, and beat the game. and to this day, The legend of Zelda the Wind Waker, is my favorite zelda game of all time, and will always have a soft part in my heart. Im 13 now.
