Hi. I purchased this gimbal a week ago and i can say that this is AWESOME! However, i have a minor problem (i can say 😅). I am able to “balance” my fone but my fone is facing downward HAHA and when i turn on the gimbal, it will automatically face upright as shown in the video. Is it available a Lightning to Micro USB-B cable short cable for charging the iPhone while shooting? I have to use an adaptor female USB-A to Micro USB-B and it is not the best solution.

Two things that I don't like, you can't go LIVE to facebook/youtube using the APP. the second is related since you can't go LIVE and use the follow target feature.
Just got mine today, but the app looks totally different on my phone...seems like there's probably been an update since this video came out, and there's definitely been an iOS update in that time as well. So, perhaps a few things have changed? An updated tutorial would be much appreciated!

Hi, Have you found the Focus button on the left side of the video button? Press it, and make it turn Blue, then you can use dial ring to control Zoom function with ZY play App.

Hi! I just bought the smooth 4 but I noticed when I use the phone go mode the motor is struggling, its not smooth its like bumpy or in “other term its hard it need lubricants to smooth it out” any idea
I read that if the motor is making noise, or you can feel it working harder than it should, which it would make noise I believe if it is over working, the problem may be that your phone is not balanced on the gimbal. I have also read that if this is happening and you have a case on your phone, the case could be the probably, and you may need to remove the case. If you need a case, you may need to add a small weight to the gimbal to assist in the balance. Summary, motor noise is most likely from not being well balanced on the gimbal.

Oops, App can be downloaded from Google Play or Apple App store, it has an overseas version. Maybe you can register a USA google account or Apple ID so you can get the ZY Play App
Doesn't work- using iphone8plus- it leans to the left for me-also object tracking not working- I draw box around my face with glassess and it immediately pivits the other direction with me not even in frame?
"ZY PLAY" app is useless. Video is stuttering, focusing all the time. Much better results with phone camera app: it makes obsolete all buttons (except PF/L and front two buttons).
Wayyyyy to fast I have to play every 2-second lesson three times, and often I still don't understand what you're trying to teach. You need to take a class that teaches teaching, because you assume your audience is following you, but you aren't employing any techniques to make certain of it. Really frustrating video - I don't recommend it.

Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a very new Smartphone on market, Filmic Pro or Zhiyun team may need a longer time to do the capacity test

My smooth 4 since i unboxed, in horizontal level always tilt to right aide around 20 degree. When u go vertical it comes back to center.

The grip of the Smart Cloud Smoth 4 grip is not flattering, the angular feel is too strong, and the trigger button on the back is difficult to press.
