I was just outside of Lexington, Kentucky in June 2021. I was traveling west on the bluegrass Parkway and as I approached mile marker 60, I saw something coming out of a tree just along the edge of the shoulder and the tree line. Whatever this was was definitely not a bear. I caught a somewhat good view of whatever it was. It’s arm was probably close to double the length of mine and I am 6‘4“ Tall. It slightly turned to its right, exposing its shoulder, top of its abdomen and part of the side of its head. This was not a bear and and there was nothing else It could be other than a Bigfoot. I made a report to the BFRO shortly after that and I have spoken to Matt Moneymaker. Unfortunately I was unable to meet with the research crew that he was trying to set up for me to speak with. I do not live in Kentucky, I live in Dallas Texas. I’m a truck driver who used to pass through that area on a weekly basis, until we lost our account with Kenworth. There’s some property not far from there that has a Sasquatch cut out on the top of the ridge line. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has seen something in that area. Watching this episode of small town monsters makes me think you were close to the area that I was in.

I have actually heard that barking noise before. We have a lot of dogs and coyotes where I am; however, one night I heard what sounded like a man barking at the dogs and it was close. My neighbor is an older man and would not do that. I have also heard the same voice mocking crows. It's really creepy, whether it's an actual person doing it or not.

Great video, Aleks, thanks! It does make sense to me to try an excursion like this alone, but it certainly does make things more difficult, especially when you're not familiar with the landscape. I've even tried going out alone near where I live (Vermont), at a remote location known for its sightings, but all it took was a few nearby wood knocks to totally freak me out. And I have plenty of solo wilderness camping experience. Cheers!

Dear, Aleksandar, I am once again very proud of you and grateful to your for your courage and fortitude as you venture, personally, into the most likely abodes of our giant, barefooted neighbors, the Sasquatch! I never forget, when viewing your videos, that you are taking very real risks with your life and health in order to bring back the information that the rest of us are so eager to learn. I haven't the freedom of time or resources to do what you do very often myself, but I know what it feels like to be alone in the deep forest at night, and I salute you for your bravery!
Your videos are breathtakingly beautiful, and the wealth of information you've collected and presented to the public, both on the flora, fauna, and native ecology of these precious remaining wilderness areas, and on the possible activities and populations of Sasquatch, is truly a glorious thing to behold.
I wish you nothing but the best as you forge ahead into new adventures. May you remain safe, and may you be blessed with a rewarding journey, every step of the way!
    Sincerest thanks, --Naomi

Hi…. A 5 year resident of Kentucky. I have not lived there for the last year but there ARE large cats. I heard something outside my cabin once and it was horrifying…ok so more than once what I heard after that I’m sure was a panther … but the time something stood outside my cabin and screamed … I’ll never know what that was but it wasn’t human and it sent chills down my spine… my dogs didn’t even bark. Horrifying

Aleks, I was in that area in 2008 with my family. We were visiting a friend who owns Green Turtle Bay and Resort just north of the LBL, small town called Grand Rivers. He suggested that my wife and I take our kids to the nature center in the LBL and we did so, Had a nice time seeing eagles and wolves (in captivity at the center.) My wife and I were walking with our kids on the perimeter of the wildlife center near a patch of thick woods. This was a about 10 yards from the wolf enclosure. All at once, the wolves (about 6 of them) started going totally ballistic, howling and growling while facing the woods. My kids noticed and got spooked so we migrated back to the nature center. While there, I mentioned the creepy incident. The woman said; "They do that from time to time. There is something in those woods that they do not like." She told me that they have had problems with vandalism (things torn up and debris strewn everywhere). They had set up game cameras and captured nothing. She told my kids the story of the "Beast of the LBL" but I think it was more to spook my kids than anything else...I got kinda spooked however. As it was getting late we asked for a recommendation for a place to eat and he young lady recommended a good place in town. She said she was closing up, politely suggesting that we move on while it was still light outside. I looked at curiously and she said: "Its not good to be out here after dark."

Wouldn't we be able to see a body? Surely something as big as our friend squatchy couldn't hide his bulk behind a narrow tree trunk?
It's very intruiging however. Could be a small animal and somehow it appears as if to be a curious/almost sentient being.

Everything travels them and I’ve had some creepy sights and sounds also…we have a huge coyote population as well, but there’s something that can make every dog, coyote, fox, hog, bobcat shut up and move out of the area for days to weeks at a time…and it’s times like this when I get raps on the log siding of my house or my barn cats will disappear…never to be seen again, im raised in the woods and you can feel an energy shift when whatever this is moves through. Edited to add that I’m on the very rural Cumberland Plateau in TN.

We went to Kodiak Alaska to visit our son and we were coming out of the woods on a dirt road and a Kodiak bear came out of the woods right in front of us and he was gone in a few seconds. I was just sitting there watching with my mouth open. It was taller on all fours than the front of the the car. It would have been 9feet tall if it stood up. I almost inked myself man that thing was scary huge. I would guess about a thousand pounds. They are the biggest bears pretty much tied with polar bears. Love the channel!! Quite an interesting area. One thing that is frustrating for me that information will suggest that a location has possible evidence and then a researcher will go there to look for evidence and then barely research that area. I know that it's easy for me to sit back and be an armchair quarterback but i think that more results would be possible if more time was spent in the target area. Personally i would research top places where activity is reported then narrow it down to 3 places and try to choose which seems to have the highest probably of activity. Once a target area is chosen then i would plan to focus on that location and spend a good amount of time there. It could be like staying a week or 2 or even spending multiple weekends in that place. I know this is much easier said than done but i think you would have to be incredibly lucky to spend a few hours or a day and find concrete evidence. I also think that if the sasquatch keep seeing someone over time they may let their guard down and slip up or, on the other hand, get fed up with someone intruding and make their presence known by trying to push them out of that area. You are very good at what you do and your dedication to this subject is obvious and i wish you much luck in your searching

There's alot going on in Kentucky. Sasquatch, Dogmen, Kentucky Goblins. Needs more research! And when he said he sat in the car with the windows down & scanning with night vision, yep, that's exactly how I would don't! LOL Not getting out of the car! I'd be a terrible Sasquatch hunter!

Some friends & 2 packs of Hounds! Plenty of backup & have DNR on speed dial! All of my Grandparents animal's went missing! Chicken's, hog horse 🐴 & mule they used to plow the field. As a small town boy from Ohio my mom was from Kentucky, but as the farm animals & pets began disappearing, it even makes a teen kid realize something is back there. It's about a 1/4 mile sandy road back in there to the farm which is now leveled by some Squatters my Uncle let stay there & collapsible the building. If something did happen NOBODY would hear a Peep back in those Hollers! Grandma's canning in late summer , early fall went into her side of the mountain cellar for the winter.

Maybe not . There has been to many people reporting that they have had hand prints on vehicles and campers being rocking . It is going to take a very good amount of skill to be able to get one on camera and caught.

Unfortunately, scientists would then probably want to create yet another box that says they can ONLY be found in Kentucky, which is not at all the actual case. They're all over the place, even out in the desert surprisingly enough. Plenty of places to hide if you're a bipedal hominid operating off of pure instinct, I guess.

We called our neighbors and cousins who lived close up the same hollar to tell them it was heading their way they all heard it breaking huge tree or limbs down along the way. Way to big of limbs or trees for humans or bear. We didn't even have bears then there in the early 90s.
