    Hi Daryl,
I love how you’ve placed the bonsai! And also good that you chose the pink version to place there. This really brings the square together 👍🏼
Also that fence work is spot on, a very good method!
I’m always impressed as i see all those layers on your mils plates, like on that corner, massive!

That tree looks great in that location and that plaza looks amazing. Great job in the stonework. I think the dark tan will look great in place of the dark bluish gray. I think after your airport this plaza might be my favorite part of your city.

  • @stephenphillips6456

A consideration for the building with the dark grey by the railroad track. Add some blotches of a different color to represent where an effort has been made to cover up graffiti. You can use old dark grey to suggest that some effort was made to match colors. Since it faces the railroad tracks, you could use another color to suggest no effort was made.
To add the suggestion that the effort to cover graffiti is a losing effort, then graffiti could be added in other spots and even where graffiti had been covered up before.

Wow the tree look spectacular. Love how you integrated it into the plaza area. All the details look great so far but I have to agree with you on the dark blueish gray being a bit to much in that back area. Also love the build technique for the fence. Like I said before one of the reason I love your builds so much is because your always pushing the envelope when it comes to build techniques and details. You always seem to out do yourself with every build my friend. Again thanks so much for all the fantastic content you share on your channel.

I think the dark blue gray at edge/under the back of the curved grey building would look better as green grass as opposed to tan. Buildings do plant grass in the rear sometimes. But tan would make it look like it's built on sand. IMO

Amazing plaza and I really like the back of the buildings along the tracks. I think the changes from the DBG will really break up the area and add the level of detail worthy of being called a Bevin’s Bricks build. I think my only complaint is there isn’t a lot of gold elements. Maybe change out a few plaza tiles for gold ones. That would tie it in with the grand hotel plaza.

Hey Daryl! Looking very good so far! Not too crowded neither over detailed. I'm not sure if you saw my suggestion regarding the dark bluish grey wall in the livestream chat, what about a graffiti to make it look not so blank? Dark bluish grey is a very common colour and useful for lego cities, with a colorful design of a graffiti that area might get more alive! 👏👏😁

Personally I do not see any issue till with the ground going up beside the railway (as long as the train can still make the corner).
But am curious if you would consider adding a back door with awning for that building to break up the greys instead/in addition to your other plans.
Perhaps a way in for some shady characters to steal the money that JV is otherwise donating to Bevins Bricks - perhaps taking advantage of Amelia’s accident/or diversion with the Octan explosion.

    Personal opinion.
Really like your fence work but I would tidy up the placement of the clips.
Not sure if this makes any sense but -
Place the top left clip at the top on each panel, then the bottom left clip slightly up on each panel.
The. Top right goes slightly down and bottom right goes at bottom. For example...
