Nidhiki was always fascinating to me. A truly tragic character who was fed up of the Toa-Dark Hunter War but with that comes a life reminder that the grass isn't always greener elsewhere.
My favorite Toa of Air finally gets the spotlight! His story is really tragic! The poor guy didn’t deserve to die the way he did. Both him and Krekka never saw it coming to be absorbed by Teridax at all! My iteration of the character was reverted back into a Toa and currently strives hard to redeem himself as a hero!
He willingly betrayed his brothers. He willingly tried to kill/capture the new Toa Metru. He may have felt bad AFTER the deeds were done. He may have felt regret once he was turned into a giant insect thing. He may have even felt remorse as he was desperately trying to flee the all consuming might of Makuta's Shadow Hand. But he knew what he was doing the whole time and did it anyway. Fascinating character. Fun one too. Needed more development in terms of being the first fallen Toa that we were told about. But he got what he deserved.
@dn22pkkdd476 Easier to agree with if the likes of Roodaka, whom is universally used, even by her own species, as a slur for traitors, more or less got away with it. A SHOCKING number of Barraki also got to go along their merry way. Did he deserve it? No more than several characters that somehow avoided this fate.
Onewa is my favourite Toa period. I usually go by the movie pronunciation AW-neh-WAH. It rolls off the tongue quicker and the emphasis separates it more from the similarly named Onua (oh-NU-ah).
*Krekka:* (Mind controlled by Toa Onewa's powers) Get Nidhiki. Get Nidhiki. (starts hugging Nidhiki) Nidhiki. *Nidhiki:* Fool, get off! *Toa Onewa:* My thoughts exactly. (sending Krekka and Nidhiki to Makuta's hand)
@@Bionickpunk the set version is the canon version and is the regular Volitak. Lego just decided not to create additional versions of the Volitak to save money. Custom versions of the mask are simply aesthetic preferences.

Ok, question. So I'm not caught up on every bit of Bionicle lore, so I'm sorry if I sound stupid. But who is the giant Toa at 5:30? Is that a canon Toa?

*Nidhiki:* This time, your farewell will be forever, brother.
*Toa Lhikan:* You lost the right to call me "brother" long ago!
Out of all the Villians in Bionicle I do consider both Toa Nidhiki and Makuta Krika the most Tragic

Yours is better
Would've been a great arc

I still don't think so. he may have deserved his punishment, but not death.
So much more story to this franchise than is easily found.
2:49 R.I.P. the shadowed one 1
We'll meet him on the red star
Even when focusing on my best boi Nidhiki we can't escape the thousand different pronunciations of Onewa
My go-to is usually oh-Nee-wa. Idk why
Onewa is my favourite Toa period. I usually go by the movie pronunciation AW-neh-WAH. It rolls off the tongue quicker and the emphasis separates it more from the similarly named Onua (oh-NU-ah).
Thank you for new video! Luhan(OverHeatOrange)'s design is very cool and I really understood it by while my recreation of it!
Surprised you didn't cover his pivotal involvement in the Dark Mirror timeline; excellent biography of his life nonetheless!
We are reserving alt universes in their own videos.
*Krekka:* (Mind controlled by Toa Onewa's powers) Get Nidhiki. Get Nidhiki. (starts hugging Nidhiki) Nidhiki.

Wait, the winning Moc used in this video was not Ibukkey´s, but Luhan´s (theoverheatingorange).
IBukkey recreated Luhan’s MOC which is why there are two versions being shown in the video.
@@amajanuitales Oh ok, good to be informed :)
Nidhiki did nothing wrong.
*Nidhiki did everything right.
Did he not just betray and was content with letting his brothers and sisters be killed to save himself?
Griffith: Me too!
*Nidhiki did everything wrong.
Nuh uh
Rest in peace Nidhiki my old one!
Nidhiki, I hope you have learned your lesson
Teridax was just greedy so he when he absorbed Nidhiki and Krekka before anyone would know about their mission was a failure.
Can you make video on Nocturn?
Maybe a video on Mata Nui or the Kanohi Ignika
We will definitely have a video about Nocturn in the future
@@ManLikeTaZK1 we will also do those two videos in the future
@@amajanuitales Thank you, AmajaNui, always wanted a video only about either Mata Nui or the Ignika.
Awesome video
What's the matter with this new mask mold? We already have a set depiction of the Volitak, don't we?
It’s a custom design that looks more sleek than the set design.
Set version is the mutated underwater version with breather parts. Regular one would not have those.

He is a canon Toa. He is Toa Bomonga and he wears a Mask of Growth that allows him to grow in size.
@@amajanuitales Thank you kindly.
Could not remember if it was Bomonga or Pouks with the mask of growth. Thanks.
She sounds like bernadette
idk, i think she sounds pretty cute honestly XD
I like bernadette too
Who is nidhiki? An idiot
