A lot of enthusiasts rave about the R1 and its torquey sound and pull due to the crossplane crankshaft, but nothing beats IMO the linear sound of Suzuki and Kawasaki inline 4s accelerating through the gears. Quick shifter on that Gixxer? Noticed the smooth clutchless upshifts. I've always loved the sound of an inline 4 with an exhaust since I was a kid. Currently own a K6 Gixxer with a Yoshi Slip-on.

I really wish UpToSpeed did an episode on the GSXR. I wanna learn more about it. Its interesting asf to me. I love the sound and tone of the GSXR. If I was an all out bike guy I would have an all motor built GSXR at the crib next to a sick ass Ducati Monster and probably have a Ninja H2 as well.
