In resetting the the contactor from the overload state, must the machine be connected to mains power while the reset button is pressed and then the ON button pressed? why do you have the wires coming off the same side of the switches? Don't you think people that do not know how to wire a basic starter will pair them together? I would if I did not know based on your animation.
