    2) Lyrics for Kind People:
    Kind people
Don’t tell you who to be.
    They know folks
    Need to be free.
    They look for bridges
    They can build.
    Kind people
    Want bellies filled.
    Kind people
Don’t tell you how to pray.
    They don’t say
    Theirs is the only way.
    They don’t tell you
    Who to love.
    Kind people
    Don’t push and shove.
    Let’s work together
    Lift everybody up.
    So everyone drinks
    From the loving cup.
    Kind people
    They don’t tell you
    What books to read.
    Kind people know
    Kids need to learn.
    They know books
    Should not be burned.
    Kind people see
    We’re in the same boat.
    They don’t make it
    Harder to vote.
    You don’t have to do
    Just like they do.
    Kind people know
You have the right to choose.
    Let’s vow to build community.
    To join together in unity.

Thank you Roseann! I got to play (debut) this through a PA system at a big outdoor film and music event last night, and it really felt good to sing. I have it on video; but I think I'll just let this one stand on its own.

Thank you Ted! Giving hope to folks is my number one job; because if people act out of hope rather than fear, everyone benefits!
