As soon as this one has absolutely anything wrong with, we are most definitely going aarcom.

I pumped with Colton for the first time on Friday. There was a misunderstanding of how I operate and I was running the hose. The guy who hired me didn’t know as it was his first time and I wasn’t going to ruin how he had his job planned out (I informed him after that he needs someone to run the hose as I pull it). Nobody was pulling the hose so I had to stop the pump a couple times to go pull the hose back. After the 3rd time of stopping, the redimix driver (out of nowhere) started to pull the hose for me so we didn’t have to stop. We got a mix dialed in on the first time using them. I look forward to hearing “we use Colton redimix”.

That's a tough looking mix for 250+ feet of 2.5' rubber. Definitely one of those pours where having even just 2-3 steel pipes off the hopper may have "calmed down" the line significantly (and this is coming from a guy whom runs all rubber, most all the time 🤣). Amazing job getting it through full-pull on the prime! The way that it was plugging a couple of feet from the end of that one hose rather than at the coupling point between the two hoses makes me suspicious that perhaps there's something going on with the collar on the inside diameter of the hose. Would have been interesting to see if flipping the hose around end-for-end would have helped.
Also: when you gonna join the cool-kids club and get yourself an Aarcomm remote? Even on the lowest power/battery saver setting our Aarcomm remote will easily go 300 feet from the pump. Put that Fisher Price remote up for sale on Craigslist!!!!! 👍👍👍
Great video Caleb, probably your best one yet, IMO. Keep up the good work

This mix always looks rough but I surprisingly hardly ever have a problem with it at all! I will keep that flip-the-hose trick in my back pocket for next time. When it comes to pipe, I need to get some. Only thing holding me back is that I really have no way of transporting it on my truck when I have all my hose in the back. I have been considering getting a ladder rack on my truck to have some pipe at all times.

I got a few plugs like that in one pipe and it was the wire ripping inside the pipe at the collar here in Dublin IRELAND for a while the concrete was very rough and it was crushed rock so I whould Lay out the hose and shine a light up and see

I have been running these hoses for just over 2 years now, and been working them had the last 6 months. Very well could be wearing down.

@@ConcretePumpingService the Hose collars are different from the older ones and we have had problem's with the wire coming out and we use all 10 foot pipes
