It's because of thermal throttling of gpu because as soon as we start to play actual gameplay in some devices specially like OnePlus GPU temperature rises and then GPU throttling starts which start to reduce fps to lower down the temperature of your device. I am finding some solutions for it as soon as i get it I will make it's tutorial too

If you want 120fps download any one and follow procedure as shown but don't change anything in grafix settings (skip that step i mentioned in video) And run the app Note: both are different files and they automatically sets parameters of bgmi grafix given under video description
You didn't followed shizuku activation process shown in video If shizuku showing status is running. Then give access to zarchiver in shizuku as shown in video It should work

How do you copy paste active.sav file out of the game folder to customize it. Zarchiver says operation completed with errors.
