that real looking baby is called a reborn doll. they are made to look/feel like a actual baby. they are painted in hundred of layers and need to be taken care of or the paint can get scratched. you arent supposed to put anything black on it as well. They are meant to be therapeutic for somebody who cannot have children, lost a child, or needs the comfort of holding a infant. they are very very expensive as well. I am a Reborn Artist and thats how i know.
It is a hobby for a lost of people, people will dress them, take them out and about as well as treat them as a actual child.
the elderly LOVE these babies as well!

im suprised your artist didnt tell you that, black is such a harsh dye it can stain the doll. same with really dark navy blues.
i always recommend to at least wash the clothes or blanket thats dark that way in the wash cycle at least 3 times to be safe. once the vinyl is stained it wont come out

They are called Reborn Dolls. They are Collectables, and some people use them for Therapy for various reasons. I make these dolls for clients. They are also great for the elderly in nursing homes and gives them a sense of purpose. Many people love these dolls, but many do not. They are quite controversial, especially now with Celebrities opening up about owning them. Some people find them "unhealthy", whilst others find them to just be a fun hobby. It all depends on the person. I think the reason they are creepy is because it fools our brain into thinking they are real. Kind of like realistic robots. I have been wondering this for a while. I know she has storage units but there is no way surely you can actually keep and enjoy all the gifts she has, it's sad to think the vast majority must just sit in storage realistically because of the sheer volume of things her lovely Swamp Family members send her. Im in no way disrespecting Bunny or her fans here but sooo many charities could benefit from the thousands of items she must have ?

I hope so and understand why she wouldn't say. It must be really hard when people have put so much effort into the thought and choice of gifts. I wouldn't be continuing to say 'if you want to send me stuff' however! I know she tells her fans that they don't need to send her anything but realistically actively encouraging to send letters rather than gifts might be a better idea.? It does seem almost greedy as she gets sent so much from companies as well. I love Bunny and her videos honestly i think she is a great role model and i enjoy watching her a lot but all this mail she gets is getting a bit out of hand is it not!??

Captain Jack Same! i dont know of my eyesight isn't that great or what, but I get really frustrated with all the small, intricate places I have to color in, and I'll get EXTRA frustrated when I color outside the lines. I love it regular old coloring pages but 'adult' coloring books just add stress for me.
