Tbh the answer to number 3(0:40) is both because the first episode of TO was casted in TVD so it happened in both shows

A lot of them can be both, but the answer is what show did it happen on first. Which is why #5 is wrong, it was part of the back door pilot for the originals which was a 4th season episode of vampire diaries.

We also first learned about Tatia on TVD during the dinner between the Elijah and Klaus and the Salvatore brothers. We found out about Hayley pregnancy in TVD first. Klaus also called Hayley little Wolf in TVD first too..

There are many mistakes, some scenes have happened in both shows, Klaus called Hayley as little wolf in the vampire diaries for the first time, i remember 4.06 "Don't temp me little wolf" (something like that Klaus said to her), we heard for Tatia and how both of Mikaelson brothers loved her on Tvd 3.13 (dinner), 4.20(tvd) was also 1.01(to)

Klaus also called Hayley "Little Wolf" shortly before their one night stand. There are some questions that happened in both series because the first episode of TO was also shown in TVD.
