The Capitals and Wizards don't need a new arena. Capital One Arena is in a great spot in the middle of DC. This is a much better idea than a potentially moving to Arlington VA.

MSG has had multiple renovations since '68 ... including a $1BILLION renovation from 2011-14. So ... STFU.
