Thanks for the review, you really didn't have to review everything I sent you, haha. I appreciate it! And yes, your fantastic Wightchester was totally an inspiration for Ker Nethalas!
For more variation - copy paste 5-10 entries in the table in Chat or another LLM and ask for 20-30’more - Even give prompts to slight change the theme … just for personal use I think these sorts of books with solid prompts would go a long way to “infinite” tables
Was waiting for the words "kind of tempted to do it myself". I'm so surprised it took this long and a run of Alex's books for you to talk about showing how it's done. Okay, or should be. Still.
2:36 i don't understand - are you executed, or are you whisked away at the last minute? Is the implication you are in hell or purgatory? Also is there an ENDGAME to the soloing? So for example if you get through ten levels do you win?!
It seems you thumbed through the book but never even tried to play this game. Then you went on to tell everyone how you would have made it better. Calling your effort half-hearted would be an overstatement. You're doing this game and this designer a disservice.
Except he did , he's thumbing through for the video portion , he references things that only someoene who's played it would knows , namely the premise of the book and how the skills go . He does this video format to show what exactly he means when he talks about layouts .

I admire your courage!
Kickstarted this and glad you've enjoyed it a bit even if it's not hitting every spot for you.

Looks really cool and interesting, now Inam wondering if Alex T will create a board game in the near future

What do the strawberries do? Are they organic?
They get eaten, I was having a fruity breakfast.

Giving my advice, as a game designer, is something recent I've added that most people have taken as something positive.
