2 years ago already I know but if you still get comments, want you to know you can't imagine what this is doing for me - hits me EXACTLY where I'm at right now and need to be - and I love you for it brother! You've got a heart as big as that archtop :-) (An L4 BTW?) Thank you!
Hi, I'm Russian and I already watched most of your videos. Thanks for that, my guitar skills grown up. Subscribed of course Keep making videos please, you're awesome
Nicely done! It was very helpful for me to hear you thinking out loud about chord options. I understood what you were saying and appreciate your taking the time to make this video.
Whit, I am really enjoying your videos. We played together many moons ago in Canada and then I was lucky enough to get you to headline our inaugural RIverfolk Festival in MI. Back in... 2002 maybe? Have always been a fan. Nice to be able to sit down and learn a bit of your magic. You do an excellent job of teaching. Hope you’re all doing well. Mark

I think you’re right. These videos usually come from a lesson and the student and I are talking about the song. But my own complaint is too much talk and not enough action! I’ll try to keep that in mind.
Love this lesson and inspiration for novel Bondo use
Hahahaha LOVE that, right? Gives it the mojo :-)

Looks like a 1936 or later (that’s when bound F holes were produced) L5 with a custom Venetian cutaway.

This is a great chord education, thanks Whit! Think I'll switch back and forth between this and Steve Goodman's version. There goes my Sunday!
Great to see how you approach. Great tune too. Thanks for the vid.
Dang, I just love watching/learning from ya!
Thanks!! id really liked your tutorial, such a great teacher
nice lesson

Exactly where I'm at and what I'm thinking as I watch this now!
Ditto me now.

You know you are a very good player when the challenge is to play things simply.
2nd inversion here!
Thanks. :-)
6:45 mark Ab minor 6 isn't it?
It would be helpful if you put down the chords at the bottom of the screen.
Should put the actual paying it first, not after a few minutes of talking about playing it.

1st 1 here!
