AJ Lee & Blue Summit is the most interesting "bluegrass" band around these days. Timeless music played by talented musicians - what more could anyone want?
Great guitar and great playing. I'm buying a few tickets in case Sully taught the song to the guitar! 🙂And because Handmade Music School is a great institution. (For the record, Billy Mayhew is credited as writing the tune, but while Vera Lynn was among the first dozen to record it (all in 1936), the up-tempo arrangements probably owe more to Fats Waller's record that year, and dozens of jazz, pop and country guitarists since then. (My favorite was Steve Goodman in the 1970s.)) 🙂

I heard the song first in the "Pennies from Heaven" soundtrack, with the Dolly Dawn & George Hall version, also very memorable.
