This guy is the master of all amazing master Hibachi show chefs in every way! Very impressive Hibachi cooking, so talented! What a true professional, bravo!!! 👏👏👏
I feel like this chef deserves a "bloom steel" (traditional Japanese steel) spatula & fork combo! Forged in traditional Japanese smithing techniques. Complete with hamone... Proper tools for a "Chef-murai" ⛩️👺
True, I've been to Teppanyaki places in various parte of the world since the early '80s (I'm 50+) and while 90% of the tricks are always the same this guy does have a couple up his sleeve that I'm seeing for the first time. Also there was this Teppanyaki place called "Shogun" in New Haven in 1982 with a chef that did a trick I've never seen again by anybody elsewhere: he would cook shrimps and then behead/shell/fling them onto customers plates with a lightning speed 3-motion trick that was literally unbelievable...like something out of Matrix the movie, never missing a "landing" in anyones plate.
“Olive Grill v.s. Olive Garden! Joe, today’s matchup is a contrast in styles, food, and weaponry. You have the amazing knife, fork and deadly assault style spatula guerilla warfare of master chefs of the Oriental East’s Olive Grill. Yes, thanks Howard. Then you have The veteran and crafty been there done that, been in business 40+ years Olive Garden. They were slinging free breadsticks long before Olive Grill was a mere sparkle in daddy’s eye. Unfortunately, I don’t think the soggy breadsticks, soupy fake Italian red sauce, frozen pasta and thawed gnocchi stands a chance to the vicious mauling and murdering chef skills of The Olive Grill. Grill over Garden in 46 seconds. Fatality, no doubt. Much like the dead prawns. Back to you Howard.”
I was a Barber for 32 years and I could really turn on the flair for certain clients. They seemed to think that spinning shears, fancy comb work and blow dryer techniques made their cuts/style better. It was all BS, they got the same quality as my other clients, but it was important to them? My thoughts are if it sells, then sell it.
Can you imagine this guy at his daughters 6th birthday party? “Here you go sweetie, make a wish and blow out your candles on your birthday cake!”…….17:28
12:21 that has got to be the most amazing way I've ever seen lobster tail shell removed.... Do you guys know how difficult it is to remove the Shell without wasting precious tail meat!?!? This guy did it in seconds!!!
