@@TheBluntist619 Nah, the winrate isn't crazy in ML even with Fairy Wind, because the charge moves are a bit lackluster. You can simulate it in PvPoke

Managed to get a lucky 96% 15/13/15 that I powered up and double moved to use in the master league.. I'm not getting much use out of it. I really think instead of aura sphere, the CD move should have been fairy wind.

Of course people use Mewtwo with Ice Beam. Why? Because they will most likely use it against the 5 star Raid boss at that time, Landorus. I wouldnt change charge moves constantly either.

You’re sooooo bad I’m ngl, like why do you stay in matchups when you have two better responses in the back? Like you have a giratina mirror match, and you have two way better answers to giratina in the back, you need to switch out to check for steel types
Why is 0/15/15 the ideal IVs for pokemons on pvp?
Because of how cp is calculated, attack is weighted 2x more than def or hp. So low attack lets you power up to a higher level and the def and stamina will be much higher while the attack is only a little lower.
