rayquaza with breaking swipe is underrated. puts out max damage and lowers attack

Given breaking swipe is a literal Dragon Claw clone but with 100% -1 Att Debuff on top, yeah it's broken in PvP. The issue is RayQ is just glassy as all hell, so if opponent switches to a Togekiss or worse, Mamoswine, the fast attacks would just delete you before the Dragon Tail animation stops.

@@19godfather93 in ultra league it’s too glassy but those glass cannons like mewtwo tend to work in master league because of the no cp cap. Mamoswine and ice damage in general isn’t that common in ML I think so it’s a pretty good lead since it can beat most things in the 2-shield with breaking swipe

Also togekiss is nasty in the masterleague with charm - ancient power / aura sphere/flamethrower
I'm pretty sure he was (on top of the meta) talking about Pokemon that require skill, not the ones that lesser players use for cheap wins.

Also, many legend players used charmers before they got nerfed. Not sure who you're calling less skilled lmao.

Not sure why Excadrill isn't here, but Solgaleo is. Solgaleo is definitely a good mon, but Excadrill has way better moves and is better against the meta

@@thatoneaiden8232 I did face solgaleo quite a lot of times, but fire spin isn't great, and Solgaleo is pretty bait dependent. Like I said, Exca has way better moves and has more play against the Meta. Ik Fire Spin, especially after the Psychic Fangs debuff, does a lot of damage, but Solgaleo has almost no charge move pressure
Solgaleo is absolutely insane it has one of the best stat products and it counters dialga and zacian, but you can’t get xls
Solgaleo is pretty damn good. Its well deserving of being here. If we could get XL candies for it easier, it would be a staple
@@Noah.Millward you can get XLs, you just have to cheat by using a rocker, but even that takes some dedication
Mamoswine too is a good pokemon. With Powder snow and Avalanche spams, it’s good against Flying and 4X effective against most dragon types, and Earthquake can alway one shot Metagross or other steel type pokemons

With Kyogre I know PVPoke says origin pulse is the best secondary move but thunder is much better because it gives you more coverage
I agree. I am really debating removing Origin Pulse. Its a cool move and hits so hard in neutral matchups, but thunder just covers so much.
Blizzard it’s the same but better cause it actually can take down Dragons who normally walls Kyogre with thunder.
I think origin pulse is just so strong sometimes it can be better then super effective
@qwwupp4763 the other thing to is for pvp it takes longer to land than surf even though it does more damage I would add like an ice move or thunder move on kyogre
My team for master league is usually Metagross with Bullet Punch and Psychic, Rhyperior with Rock Throw and Surf, and a shiny Espeon with Confusion and Shadow Ball. It does pretty well for me surprisingly.
Metagross with Bullet punch meteor mash and earthquake is more useful
Been using non legendaries and lvl 40 mons in the master league for the longest time. Don't have the resources to power up. Typically I would use things like Chesnaught, Charizard, Scizor, Hydreigon, Electivire and few others. My current team for ML is Hydreigon with bite, metagross and Scizor in the back (despite being glassy and going against overpowered legendary mons, I still get some positive wins)

Melmetal without rock slide makes you weak to fire types and gyrados, while double iron bash only rly hits fairies hard, otherwise its neutral. I would use rock slide over double iron bash due to coverage
I was so happy when I finally caught my Cosmog in July and it was a hundo.
Excadrill is also really good

I think it’s important to know which Mons can take a hit too incase you don’t have these counters. I’m sure IVs matter but still
If anyone needs a ML team that doesn’t require legendaries, Dragonite, Primarina, Metagross is rated AACA on pvpoke, you can swap Primarina for Kyogre if you want, making it AABA.
Rockin hydreigon, Togekiss, and Machamp over here. It's a 50/50 but I find my team is perfect against Mewtwo and dragon builds. With offence against dark should that be thrown my way
I actually prefer zacian with wild charge since it can handle kyogre, lugia and ho oh pretty well, plus play rough takes more energy
Some other pokemon include rayquaza, excadrill, landorus therian, and zekrom/reshiram/kyurem
Actually both Landorus forms
Tyranitar, Rayquaza and Tyranitar are really strong

My best ones in my team are Melmetal, Rayquaza and Shadow Mewtwo with both legacy moves. Those three are my best combo. One is a tank on defense with amazing fast attack, which makes a huge pressure on the the opponent to use their shields faster than me. The other one mostly attacks to reduce my opponent’s attack state which makes them weaken by the seconds. Then I bring on the final boss shadow Mewtwo to end it all. Works perfectly on most of those pokemons mentioned in this video💪🏼😎.
I run Dialga, Metagross and Gyarados. Works well for me

Lugia is a favorite of mine since GS but in GO it does 3 things that are frustrating. 1) it’s best fast move a non STAB fast move. 2) it’s best charge move combo is 2 of the same type moves. Lastly 3) it’s signature move is not its best move.
I did 45 batttles lost 6 with haxorus metagross and groudon

I was saving stardust/rare candies to power up/add new attacks to my yveltal so I can get focus blast and I ACCIDENTALLY GAVE THE NEW ATTACK TO MY BUDDY YVELTAL which is a 15/10/15 shiny instead of my regular 15/13/13 which is my highest cp best buddy yveltal and I was so devastated and I just said screw it and powered up my shiny yveltal as high as I could so I wouldn't waste my mistake and it turned out pretty okay I'm just devastated tho cuz legendary/rare candies are so hard to grind especially with that raid nerf
Don’t get me wrong I love using my shundo level 50 origin giratina but I lowkey like using my level 45 rayquaza more I feel like I win much more with rayquaza than giratina

Anyone try Annihilape, Goodra, and Clodsire in the great league? It’s not too bad.. they all have different fast and charged attacks, so it covers a variety of types. Clodsire has an HP of almost 200, good bulk.

I recently got shiny Zekrom and already powered up to 3800 cp so my strongest now and black and white is my favourite, specifically my favourite legendary from it is Zekrom so I HAD to get the shiny and I did! I used an elite tm to get fusion bolt on it too and forgot to mention this was my chance to get the gen V legendaries cuz I missed them
Togekiss zekrom tyranitar are the best team i have tranitar handles mewtwos and psychic types togekiss handles dragon types and zekrom handles water type
fun fact. I'm nearly at legendary and I use melmetal with a lightning attack instead of the steal one. I find it infinitely more relevant

MY ML team is simple Zacian with Snarl, Wild charge and close combat dialga with Dragon breath, Iron head and Draco and Mewtwo with psycho cut, Shadow ball and psystrike yes this team is so good together but need to play sometimes to get used to and sometimes wrong match ups end ups costing the match like metagross in begin with Zacian and opponents have perfect answer to Dialga and Mewtwo game is over but team rocks

Togekiss is pretty mid since the charm nerf and so is Garchomp imo. Obviously you can do well with either and especially togekiss if you line it up properly, but it loses so many matchups when it shouldn’t

And guy’s I use a team that’s suits me well and it doesn’t matter what Pokémon team people use chose one that suits you , like the best team I use is rayquaza , dialga and melmetal and I win every single match with this team I hit ace rank in the master league every season so it all depends on how you play the game

How low is your score? Anything close to 1800 or higher and Salamence gets chewed on hard by half of the Pokemon inn Master.

Aside from Melmetal, there's zero chance i can ever get the XL candies for any of these legendaries, and since they confirmed ML Classic is not coming back, i guess I'll never do master league
What rank are you? Cause if you are not high ace or veteran onwards, you can just use level 40 Pokémon without problem. If you have the type advantage you are almost certain to win.
