You didn't take the oil cap off the engine. The suction needs some air coming in from the other side of the system. Otherwise you're fighting against the pressure of a sealed system.
It works way better if you have a warm engine. Not hot just warm. I manage to get *most* of the oil out (minus 1-2 dcl) which is good enough for my old shit car.

I test my Oil Transfer Pump in a 12V 2Amp power supply, and it not works, why ?
Was this oil 60 degrees Celsius at least?
