- Visuo XS809S Battle Shark Drone Review | Mavic Pro Clone. Yep, it's another Mavic Pro clone, but this one has some bite....get it?😉 It has the usual stuff: wifi fpv, altitude hold and it comes with a micro SD card slot. Visuo, like many toy grade quadcopter makers these days unfortunately went with a proprietary battery. Not gonna lie....the whole Sharknado look is pretty cool flying through the air.

I like how you always measure the flight time and record the whole flight. Flight times are important to alot of people buying drones in this segment and manufacturers have a habit of exaggerating in their claims.
Yeah, they often do embellish flight times a bit. It is true that sometimes batteries last longer per flight after a few charge-use cycles, but it's not going to be double. Instead of the 9-10 minutes I've been getting maybe 11-12 after a few more cycles, but definitely not 20.

The top and bottom right button on the remote bro is for capturing Pictures and Videos respective directly through the Drone's SD card. Yes, the SD cards slot at the bottom of the drone. means, in case you don't want to capture the shots through your Phone via Wi-Fi, you can use the 2 magic buttons to capture them directly from your drone using the SD card you insert to it.
this drone support wifi live ? he got his own wifi? or you need conect home wi fi router?

Hey, Buddy! I have the older one and I like it. May pick up this one too. Maybe after a few cycles that battery will last longer, I’ve found it to be the case some times. I get about 8 minutes with the Visuo I have. 900mah 3.7v
Yeah, it's still pretty good flight time. I don't think it should be too much longer with those brushed motors. This is a good one to fly in the evening with those cool LEDs.

Definitely not the advertised 20-minutes, but 9-minutes is long enough for something like this I think. You'd probably burn the motors out if any longer.
Im actually upst I just got a visuo awhile ago when I was looking up on how to customize it(new person into drones and still learning) and this lil monster has 20 mins? OH BOI

Hey, this should be having brushless motors, isn't it? I am too confused to get this or the very popular eachine e58 because it has a 5mp camera option... can you suggest?

Nope, it would be too heavy and would burn the motors out. I would only recommend putting an action camera on something larger like a syma x8 or something like that.
Everybody says that the older one has a higher WiFi connection reach. But how long is the reach of the newer "shark" one? Btw sry for my english skills xd
I would say don't fly this one any further than 50-meters or so.
Hey. Do you guys take off the drone on a flat surface or just on some random grass? I have this drone, it seems to be unstable after flying around. Drifting etc.
Yes, make sure you take off from a flat surface. Before taking off, calibrate the gyros. That should take care of any drifting. I can't remember off the top of my head which it is, but it should be both sticks to the lower right or lower left. Hold the sticks until the lights on the quad flash. Once they stop flashing the quad should be calibrated and fly level. If you've burned out a motor though, that could also cause drifting.
but it still does drift a bit after you calibrate it? my take off was straight but after a few seconds it starts to drift.
Yeah it will still probably drift a little. You can use the trim buttons to straighten it out.

I have heard of guys putting those 9450 DJI Phantom props on it, but I haven't tried it personally.

Hey what's up? This one actually doesn't have follow me. You'll only find that feature on GPS drones. I've reviewed several on my channel that have it, this one doesn't though.

The previus verson is better because it has longer wifi range. I just ordered one off ebay. Im going to comBine 3 batteries to increase the flight time of my visuo XS809HW when i get it in the mail.
I should get about 24 minutes of flight time if i combine 3 batteries
I also got some Mavic pro platinum propellers that im going to put on it. Im thinking it will improve flight efficiency and make it a little quieter and smoother
