strange, if you can aid. I have for example 5 minutes video. Cutted it into 3 parts of 20 sec. Then I need to Slow all these three parts! "Time -> slow -> forward - > 1/8" - and after I export the video, that video messed up, sometimes no video (black screen) or the other parts of the original uncut version merged into modified three 20 seconds parts .... thanks

Yes.
1.Put your playhead cursor on starting of the clip.
2. Right click on the clip and click on properties.
3. Now lower the 'Alpha' to reduce the opacity.
