There is a simple way. docs.harvesterhci.io/v1.4/advanced/addons/rancher-vcluster. This will install a vcluster and Rancher manager itself. Or you can create a single VM with rke2/rancher. Or you can have Rancher running outside the harvester cluster. You have a few options. Hope this helps.
