I think A hired Nate who killed Maya to kill Jenna cause A and Nate knew that Jenna also knew something about Maya's death or murder that is why Nate had to come to rosewood. Sorry if this does not make sense.

alison didnt really lead emily on they just kissed emily was the one that went in for the kiss and ali didnt realize it but they kissed in the library as a friend kiss not anything else and emily knew that and ali was nice to the girls like remember when alison walked in on hanna after a major bulge and comforted her and hugged her that was a really sweet moment also when ali gave all the girls bracelets that had their names on it and ali was like friends forver she was nice to them
