Causal consistency across biological systems is a misunderstanding of the mathematics of complex/dynamical systems. We will only ever have correlational measures some of higher reliability than others

      Because of variation / diversity

Then thinking about Wofram’s reductionism basically listen to his podcasts on spotify relating to the history of science. Even if we have a principled understanding of physics you couldn’t predict the evolution of complex systems it’s just too much to compute all the chaotic variations in states. Same thing if we had a perfect principled theory of genetics for biology. Even if we had all the error correcting codes and genetic computers to measure our dna in real time because measuring changes the state itself.

Psychopaths should be headbolted in cattle slaughter facilities. And believe me there are many of those. Meaning psychopaths And slaughter facilities. So let's replace the cattle with the psychopaths. We can relocated the cattle to grasslands since they haven't done anything to anyone. And I am very serious. Not sarcastic.
