@@vypridae here's a tip for that. It's about using layers and practicing with frames per second. The more frames you have allows you to make it smoother. So for me, I use layers. One for a background, a second layer for the head (or body, sometimes it switches. I recommend a body first) then another for the head. THEN you can use any extra ones for things like visual effects or something. Draw a base head and move it however you need for the scene. Then, move the body the way you want with a (A's consistent as possible) very similar look to each with minor changes depending on the movement. It's how I animate and it has gotten MUCH better than it was when I first animated on flip-a-clip. Try that and it may work for you. If it doesn't, check out some other animation tip videos. Some of those helped me out
