Bravo to the Swingle Singers, known for their vocal harmonies on classical music, for presenting Queen's "Bohenian Rhapsody with their own unique, but always beautiful harmonies.
Yes, Fungrammie, we're missing the good art in all forms of expression, not just in song. They say I'm getting older everyday but who isn't? We are privileged to have had the opportunity to watch artists like the Swingle Singers. :)
Well, it's missing the "pay-off" (the explosion of rock energy on the original). Still head & shoulders above the many times I've suffered or just plain laughed through people trying to do this at karaoke.
very good music, not as good as the Ten Tenors though. Love you guys !

To sing this MAJOR piece they need more blood in their veins! Everything is technically perfect, but it is not too alive... :/ The version of the singer P¡nk is not a cappella, but is so much better in energy! Come on, they are great singers, they could have done it better!
+Gabriel González Fernández --- Maybe they're partly prisoners of their illustrious past, but it seems as though their idea of fortissimo is a much lower volume than some other acapella groups such as Pentatonix, Home Free, and the women's group GQ.

Charles Perigord I certainly agree with you in that opinion. However, I don't think that something must be in some identical way to the original sound. I believe in context, and all it implies. In this case, the context asks for a strong and wide fortissimo; "well, it wasn't the way we were looking forward for it." And that's our clue! In our tonal musical language we have developed a very accurate path to communicate our feelings. Our culture and education had taught us to understand that language and we (in our brains) have acquired the capability of recognize the end of the phrases, the harmonic progressions, the intentions on the crescendos or diminuendos. So, we were listening and planning how the next rhythm will sound, when, which voice will sing it, and then, out of all the possibilities we were capable to design, it sounded out of any of those. Is that bad? I don't think so. I would say "is not appropriate" or "is ugly". Kind regards.
+Booboo Bear -- Maybe they could borrow Kenny Urban or the Mad Twinz from Kaliningrad and do a remake of this song at a faster tempo and higher volume. A good beatboxer can really make everyone else keep to the tempo and not slow down without noticing it.

Over 50+ years, people leave for various reasons and others audition.
I wish the names of this group were listed.

Nice but their beat boxing is very poor.
