Kaso lang hillside sya eh i dont know if its safe pero cguro nmn ang nagdevelop neto they know about hillside house construction kung ani dapat para safe.

They should have involved an ID consultant in the Space planning before construction. The house indeed is spacious and the design modern but the Space planning sucks. This could have been a 5-6 Bedroom house if the area allocations was layed-out properly. All bedrooms are over spaced being that aside from the bed sets they expect you to include a seating area as well which is unnecessary. The Master doesn’t even have a proper walk-in. For that cost, they didn’t even include the perimeter fencing for security.

the lot area and the location is what made this worth p40M...problem is that I don't visualize myself living there...instead, I visualize this place as an event place for intimate weddings given the layout of the ground floor and 2nd basement...if swimming pool is added, this would be a good vacation house...:)

A superb home, space was maximally utilized. The views are scenic. The rich and famous can use it as a vacation home, not for me.. it seems too remote with a rural vibe. Are there wild animals like snakes living in the greeneries?

40m? This is a grab even for a middle class family. A few redesigning and minor fixes here and there, but the price for the house and lot is definitely within reach.
For lot buyers who wish to build a house, in this breathtaking space... in terms of architecture/ design, info gathering is essential. In general, our Pinoy houses are not at par with houses from Thailand, Japan, Latin America, India, Indonesia, etc.
