@@karlgrylls2406It's not undercooked lol If you refer to the pasta that should be cooked for 12 minutes but she takes it out after 10, you need to remember that afterwards she said that she cooks it 2 more minutes but this time with the sauce, not boiling water. So the pasta is well cooked as it was cooked altogether with the sauce You can do this also to ensure you eat al dente pasta every time
