An interesting way to look at the snow plough. I'm going to give it a go next time I ski.

Great video (again). What worked for me: when pressing the shin against the boot -> I execute this movement via dorsiflexion; otherwise, I lose the pressure on the heel and end up on my toes.

Greate video! At the beginnig of my skiing newer bovered too much of warm up. But later realised that its wery important, at least for me. So I do snowplow every first two runs of the skiing day. And it helps to get my balace activated quicker. Also I include some other drils too, but snowplow is a must. And it realy helps if you in the back seat quite often.

Great video. Again. You know what, we need to make that last demo (snowplow/stem/parallel) an industry standard :)

    Hello, Congrats for the video!
In the further videos, i think would be cool to speak about any other drills, and in time to make like a portfolio of the exercises that we can do during the summer and autumn. All the best!

when you pressure outside ski, are you actually able to exert downward force into the snow outside of your body weight+ force of the turn? or are we just shifting weight to the outside?
If you stood on an pressed could you make yourself weigh more than what you weight for more than a split second?
