For those unsure about how to get Nightsoul Burst you need a Natlan character in your team (you can use Kachina and literally never swap to her) then use a Anemo character for swirl and do this 5 times then buff will activate and you just 1-2 shot everything.
Unrelated question is it okay to pull zhongli if you have xilonen while the banners in 5.3 are mavuika and arle keeping in mind zhongli is kinda my fav character with few primos[f2p] whether it should be meta wise or self satisfactory
No it's not, unless you like him to the point where you somehow play him onfield, because if you really like him but in the end just use him to EQ, I don't really would say it's a good idea

from what i remember its a mechanic that activates when a team with Natlan characters causes an Elemental Reaction
