Hi Paul, The Villas were owned by Balmoral resorts (Feltrim) as far as I'm aware, the Balmoral van came out when we called them out and everything was headed balmoral resorts. Thanks for watching and remember to subscribe if you haven't already

Can I ask if you booked this villa through virgin? We're booked fir next year but seen some bad reviews recently about both the resort and the villa's.

Hi, thanks for watching. We did book through Virgin, this is our second time there. I wouldn't worry about the reviews they were really quick at sorting the couple of problems we did have. You honestly wont regret staying there just make sure you plan your days out as its a good 45 mins + to get to the parks etc. Remember to subscribe to keep up to date with our Vlog series

Pleased I've helped, we have stayed at Southern dunes a few times as well Mannys is our favourite restaurant out of them all, closely followed by Millers ale house
