Very nice session on communication, I work in the community, and we try to assist immigrants from muslim community to get settled in western countries. Sometimes it is very hard since in many muslim countries women are not allowed to express their emotions and opinions. When these women come here from other countries, they are very isolated and have no support systems. Sometimes we have to repeat to them things to build up their confidence since many times they have to work to support their families. Also teaching them to be assertive, and asking for more pay. But the same women when they question things at home , they are being shunned. So we see that sometimescommunication skills are not present in couples. Also, as boys come to the age of 15, many times they are very far in relationship with their mothers. Almost no communication with their mothers. We have seen women over 50 very isolated., if they dont have support system through masajids.

Dr Haifa may Allah SWT rewards you for beautiful lectures: a small suggestion there is two many distractions in background artificial jungles. These are school based lectures only simple professional setting is more than sufficient. Plz keep the background simple Allah Rewards
When people hurt u very badly what should I do.they say they r correcting me advicing me.but it bring tears in my eyes.i understand may be they r correct but it's not healthy way to correct.
First solution is to block all the means by which you access these movies, remove any subscriptions or devices which you own. Second is to find other beneficial activities such as sports, hobbies and Islamic classes to fill your time. Third is to have good Muslim friends who encourage you to do good deeds. Remember that we will be asked about our time in this life and our youth and how we spent it. Life is short , every minute is precious and we don’t know how long we have to live. Make the most of your day doing good deeds which will benefit you in this life and the next. Make a daily plan for yourself. Make a goal to pray your 5 daily prayers on time, make a daily time for reading Quran and your daily adhkaar. Make a time for exercising, cooking, studying and socializing and other beneficial activities you like to do so all your daily schedule is full and you have no time to waste. Inshaa Allah if you do this your life will be blessed and you will feel happier and more balanced and you will earn the pleasure & reward of Allah swt. May Allah swt give you the Tawfeeq and make it easy for you , Ameen🤲🏼
Good company matters a lot .. I have experienced that when I'm in a religious gathering I feel so much peaceful and motivated but when I am in a gathering of ignorant people , it really affects my spiritual life badly
Assalamu alaykom wa rahma'tullah wa barakatuh, excuse me for asking, but I read a hadith [maybe it was weak perhaps insha Allah?} That our Rasul'ullah sallallahu alayhi wassalam, was once with a companion in the market, and said who will pay for this slave? And that He was joking, the man was free, but Rasul'ullah sallallahu alayhi wassalam, was referring to the man being a slave of Allah subhana wa t'ala. But my understanding is that he was joking with the companion insha Allah. jazaki Allahu khayran wa barak Allahu feeke.

While Zahir was shopping, the Prophet hid himself behind him and asked “Who am I?” Zahir recognized him. Then the Prophet asked “Who is going to buy this slave?” Zahir replied: “O Messenger of Allah, do you find me worthless then?” The Prophet replied: “Are you not a slave of Allah? You are very worthy in Allah’s presence (Ahmad b. Hanbal, Tirmizi, Kandahlavi, III, 1176).

I feel bad every time after i get angry or say something harsh. Many regrets. I pray and do zikir. But sabar is scarce.

Start listening to islamic bayans and implement upon it..
