I have played cele renegade for a while, but now not sure about prefix. Diviner has highest concentration, but might not have survivability provided my minstrel's toughness and vitality. Nature, on either, the dmg would be rubbish. Just not sure if an extra second of boon duration on diviner is worth it.
@@johnreesekl6249 diviner might be too squishy, you sacrifice so much tankiness for like 20% boon duration? Personally , i'd go minstrel and use relic of herald , and if i need more boon duration, go also for sigil of bounty
Good that the Cele nerf did no impact at all on my Power Ele and Reaper. But another Warrior Nerf really making me Crazy, i was sooo happy to finally have a good ranged Weapon (Spear) to be able to deal okay Damage as Roamer, but nope.. another nerf and in my Opinion Longbow feels better than Spear on Roaming Warrior for Ranged Weapon, its so sad. Anet only alows Willbender to be stupid broken Spear User :x

The cele nerf did nothing to my axe DD, and the 1 second increase to revealed was side stepped with a heal/utility that evades/blocks.
So irrelevant that i completely forgot about the 1 sec more of revealed lol
Also super tanky unkillable condi builds still exist so what really changed
