It is completely and most likely possible it ripped the fabric of the Mag pouch because of the Tigris it's stiff, rigid, and 90 degree edges are the reason need to look at that more closely.
@@EODFish well if the Pouch was mounted directly to a MOLLE vest the force of the sandbag would be pulling on the PALS straps and MOLLE field on host panel where its actually intended to hold load. The Tigris is actually forcing load on the roughting strap thats never ment to hold load so Id say its definitely part of the problem in that video. I test Military equipment through experiments as my job in the Army i see a lot of this stuff.

It looks like you could use version 2 with snaps at the bottom to snap directly onto a belt.

I have almost no doubt that the adaptor isn’t causing an added issue here and that the pouch would have failed regardless.
