thats exactly what i did after watching this. i decided to look into basic techniques on how to read drum sheet music and how to play basic beats. I just love this song so much that i had to look it up though. definitely am going to keep watching your channel so when im a bit more advanced i can quickly learn how to play my favorites :)

Thank you for the lesson. I decided to use live drum footage and lessons to make sequences for my drum machines for this project I am doing. The project is recreating the Vessel Album by Twenty One Pilots. That being said, would you ever think about making public drum samples based on your tutorials? It would be a good idea.
Oh and by the way with the rims that you couldn't get it, those are added over top of that so now worries there. Tyler actually is playing that on the rims of a floor tom and a snare. What I like to do is kinda do add three 16th notes before beat one and kinda buzz them. Then play the best you had and in the middle of that play those same buzzes though it can be pretty challenging, but it's definitely worth trying out.

Without looking, I’m GUESSING I mean play on the 4th beat of the bar... so maybe it’s a snare drum on beat 4? If you have a time stamp I can look at that part of the video for you and make sure.
